VITAL: Relational Health Learning Series - Free, online, self-paced curriculum on relational health and how to use it to improve health outcomes in children. 

  • Designed for the busy pediatric practice provider and teams

  • Series of 20-minute self-paced modules for 0.5 CME each and can be taken at any time

  • Addresses the main health promoting impacts of healthy relationships, especially between the caregiver and child, and considers the mitigating impact of relationships on toxic stress. 

  • Describes the latest science demonstrating the connections between relationships and health, interventions providers can use to promote strengthening relationships to improve health, and share practice examples. 

  • The focus is on what you can do as a provider as an intervention, when you feel a patient needs to strengthen their relational health. 

CONTINUING EDUCATION: In support of improving patient care, this activity has been planned and implemented by the Postgraduate Institute for Medicine and Center for Innovation and Resources, Inc. Postgraduate Institute for Medicine is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.
